O Innov Academy — Programmes
These additional terms apply to all O Innov Academy training programmes:
• Enrolment: your place on a programme is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or an approved payment plan.
• Cancellation by participant: cancellations made more than 7 days before the programme start date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of the start date are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future cohort at our discretion.
• Cancellation by O Innov Group: if we cancel a programme, we will offer either a full refund or a transfer to an alternative date.
• Content: all course materials, recordings, and resources provided during a programme are the intellectual property of O Innov Group and may not be reproduced, shared, or resold without our written consent.
• Results: we make no guarantee of specific business outcomes or earnings as a result of completing any programme. Results depend entirely on individual effort and circumstances.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, videos, graphics, logos, icons, design elements, code, and course materials — is the property of O Innov Group or its content suppliers and is protected by Moroccan intellectual property law and applicable international conventions.
You may view, download, and print pages from our website for your own personal, non-commercial use, provided you do not modify the content, remove any copyright notices, or use the content in a misleading way.

Payment Terms
Unless otherwise specified in a signed agreement or proposal:
• Invoices are due within 14 days of the invoice date.
• For project-based work, a deposit (typically 50%) is required before work commences, with the balance due upon completion or at agreed milestones.
• Late payments may be subject to interest at a rate of 1.5% per month.
• We reserve the right to pause or withhold delivery of work until outstanding invoices are settled.
All prices are exclusive of applicable Moroccan taxes (VAT) unless expressly stated otherwise.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Moroccan law:
• O Innov Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services.
• Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• We do not guarantee that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any content on our website.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Moroccan law.

If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days of written notice, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Casablanca, Morocco.
